10 Moderator's And Admin's rules
1. Moderator/admin cannot abuse their powers.
2. It's better for moderators/admins not to curse, showing good example.
3. Moderators/admins cannot hack/cheat.
4. Moderators/admins cannot insult/spam.
5. Moderators/admins ought to help other players if they're asking for help. (not playing help, but information, for example. "How to become a mod?"
6. Moderators/admins cannot fight or insult each other.
7. Admins cannot accept as staff players, who will do harm for server or/and forum.
8. Moderators have to obey admins, admins have to obey head admin/owner.
9. Moderators/admins can't spam and insult others in forum.
10. Moderators/admins cannot abuse their powers in forum, locking topics only because they don't liked it or stick topics which is useless.
Punishments
I suggest to use following punishments if admins/mods brake rules.
1. 4 Warnings, if that's no use, demote.
2. N/A
3. Immediately demote & permanent ban.
4. 3 Warnings, if that's no use, demote to lower staff rank.
5. N/A
6. Warnings. If there's plenty of warnings but staff keeps fighting, demote.
7. Warnings. If that's no use, demote to lower staff rank.
8. Warnings. If that's no use, demote to lower staff rank.
9. Warnings. If that's no use, demote to lower staff rank in forum, not in server.
10. Warnings. If that's no use, demote to lower staff rank in forum, not in server.
