Since the jail server is starting, I thought why not make it better?

I would like to take control of the development of the jail server and get a decent rank in there to do some testing.

I will update the jail server regularly and I would like to control the rank quota as I have seen it is very easy to get a rank on other servers.

I need at least 1 scripter to help me develop the jail server.
